How do I adjust the PureTreeⓇ organic natural shredded latex fill?
PureTree would like to ensure you have enough organic natural latex fill, so our bed pillows ship fully-stuffed. The double zippered case designs allow customers to adjust the amount of PureTreeⓇ organic natural latex fill to their personal loft preference. To remove fill, simply unzip both cases, take out the amount of fill as needed, collect the extra fill into a storage bag, and zip up both covers. If interested in more fill, please contact PureTree customer care.
Like some people are very allergic to peanuts, a small percentage of people could experience an allergic reaction to latex. People who are allergic to latex should not use or come close to contact with latex products.
How do I clean my PureTreeⓇ latex pillow?
Latex pillows inhibit the growth of mold, fungus, and dust mites, so latex products don't need to be cleaned often. PureTreeⓇ pillows are designed to be machine washable. Customers have the option to wash only the exterior case only or the entire pillow. If choose to wash the entire pillow, please make sure both inner and outer casings are both fully zipped before washing. We suggest to use a large garment bag for your pillow and wash in a HE washing machine in cold water setting and tumble dry low.
How do I clean my PureTreeⓇ organic latex mattress topper?
We suggest cleaning by spot clean only with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
How long does the warranty last?
